Just landed back in Japan. After I get through customs, I’ll return home and get some sleep.

Preparing to return to Japan! Achieved all my objectives in India and earned 3 certifications! Now it’s time to come home. Can’t wait to breathe the clean(er) air!

Final Day in India… Must conqueror this last exam for Lync Enterprise Voice. UPDATE: BTW, I completed my exam successfully! I’m now fully LYNC certified.

We all made it to CP7 and decided to retire due to the dangerous conditions. The rain made it too treacherous by Saturday evening. BT Japan & KVH teams made it safely if not exhausted to CP7. Better luck next year?? I hated ⋯

No amount of running can out-perform the chewing capacity of my mouth! You just can not out-run your own mouth. ;) I have ballooned 5Kg (!) over the Holidays. So, next month I intend to implement an experiment to see how fast ⋯

Here’s a more detailed view of my weight-loss tracking. I’ve observed how my waist-line seems to follow my weight (with an error of about 5%). So, my waist is actually at 98cm and my weight is 98Kg.

Temporary setback over the last few weeks. Since last Friday, I’ve set myself back on track. Now that the weather is getting cooler, I should have no trouble ramping up the weight loss. Best weight so far is 96.0Kg. I intend to ⋯

Even more than a year later, the Fukushima area is a complete disaster. There are simply not enough people lending a hand to help clean it up. The area we visited isn’t the worst hit. However, it’s the easiest to ⋯

Prior to August, you can clearly see that I had trouble finding the right routine that would melt the fat away. But once I find my “groove,” I made a clear steady line in the right direction.
