I hit 95.95Kg!!! However, this weight loss was due primarily to water loss. I really need to get 3L water everyday.
Now that I’ve rehydrated myself, I need to continue my fight!

Here’s a more detailed view of my weight-loss tracking. I’ve observed how my waist-line seems to follow my weight (with an error of about 5%). So, my waist is actually at 98cm and my weight is 98Kg.

Temporary setback over the last few weeks. Since last Friday, I’ve set myself back on track. Now that the weather is getting cooler, I should have no trouble ramping up the weight loss. Best weight so far is 96.0Kg. I intend ⋯
