As the senior technical expert, lead
a small team on a regional project (Unified Infrastructure) to merge and
migrate systems from ABN and RBS infrastructures. Within a 4 month timeframe,
migrated 600 desktop-based systems by the Q3 deadline. By addressing resource
issues early, the project completed the first phase without major incidents.
Ensured business buy-in via early communiqués with each of the department
managers. This in turn minimized resistance from sensitive areas such as the
front office.<o:p></o:p>
