• Adobe must believe the pain they create in managing your team licenses is enough for you to keep paying them for something you don’t use or need.

    Adobe has gone out of its way to make it difficult to manage your team licenses for CreativeCloud™ subscriptions. After searching remove license adobe admin console to find how I could remove a license from my Adobe Teams account, I discovered they insist that you contact them!

    You can remove products and licenses during the renewal period only, which commences one month before your anniversary date.

    Even within the “renewal period,” they make it difficult to cancel. Looking at the team management page, you can see they intentionally hide the “remove user” option. But even removing a user doesn’t actually remove the associated license.

    Microsoft makes this a painless experience. I can add and remove users very quickly and easily. But Adobe, in its greedy wisdom, puts a very heavy roadblock to stop you from leaving. It’s easier to cancel your credit card than to deal with this absurdity.

    Nevertheless, I spent SEVEN hours trying to get support online! The chat system is designed to completely disconnect you if a support person doesn’t join quickly… So, you have to pay attention and exit the chat and restart it — several times! 🤬

    When they did finally decide to chat with me, they tried offering a discount to keep the license I’m certain I won’t use over the next eight months. Trying to convince me that I would save 34% until the end of the subscription period if I accepted the offer. It’s simple math at this point. Pay them over $500 for something I won’t use… Or, save $650+ over the next eight months. They still tried to “upsell“ me into converting the “All Apps” plan to a single app plan. Again, makes zero sense when I won’t use it. After saying no, again… they tried to remind me that I would get “three months free…” Bullshit! That’s an insult to my intelligence. I need to keep my expenses minimal. After hassling for a bit, they finally conceded and honored my original request.

    My experience with Adobe over the past year has left me jaded with the company. If it wasn’t for the fact I need Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator (and maybe Premiere too), I would have already cancelled my Adobe subscriptions. I really need to find alternative apps for these…

    Our subscription is in a state where you can cancel the plan anytime. It’s a business and you will never know when you will get the users. So, you can cancel any annual plan before the renewal date in the last month. You’ll be notified with the reminder email a month prior to the renewal date as well.

    That is why we are offering three months free on the subscription so that you do not get charged for it. You can use the subscription without paying for it for the next three months.
