​Hindsight is said to be 20/20… It would be hoped that in hindsight we would learn to avoid past mistakes.

In reading the JapanTimes, I find myself irritated with how the information is revealed. Now that things appear to be marching in the direction of “business as usual,” the blame game has started to rev’ it’s engines. Already, they are trying to blame Prime Minister Kan for making the mess bigger… Perhaps, someone should take a moment to see if Kan even knew that he should immediately order TEPCO to begin their ventilation procedures. I seriously doubt Kan knows how or what to do in this regard. Why would TEPCO not advise him of this when he asked to do a fly-over inspection?? Here, I blame TEPCO! Not PM Kan.
