Hanging out with friends in Saitama for お花見。
This is a sort of annual tradition by the Japanese that celebrates the start of a new year (from spring). For Japanese, the start of a new job or school is typically in April. So, this is fitting for their celebration. At the end of the day, we all make sure to clean-up and not leave a mess.
